Please note that your use of drinksandtreasure.com (there after"the company", "we", "our", "us") is subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not accessor use our site or any information or materials contained on our site. Your use of our site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time with or without notice to you. Your continual use of our site indicates acceptance of any modifications to the terms and conditions.
Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
We do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site, you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 18. It is your responsibilities to ensure that any alcoholic beverage delivered based on address information provided by you will not be consumed by anyone under the age of 18. If you do not agree with these conditions of use, please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18, we may prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.
Data Privacy Policy
We are committed to protect the privacy of customer's information.We will not sell, exchange or lease out the information of the customers(including name, email address, mail address, telephone number, credit card details and transaction records) to any third party.
Kind Reminders
Drink responsibly and in moderation. You drink, don't drive. You must be over 18 years of age to order from us.
Pickup or Delivery Method
We provides multiple pick-up or delivery methods. Within Hong Kong, customers can choose self-pick-up at the store, self-pick-up at SF Express pick-up point, and SF home delivery.
SF Express charges as follows :
the first kg is $30, each additional 1.5kg adds $6, and after 5kg, each 0.5kg adds an additional HKD$3.
For door-to-door delivery, we will use SF Express to deliver the products. And the customer will pay the freight when picking up the goods at SF.
International delivery service
We temporarily only provides sales to the following countries: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, China, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand.
International shipping costs are calculated based on weight. It will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. For international delivery service, we will use Hong Kong Post. The time required depends on the selected country. If there are customs duties, the tax will be borne by the customer.
Return Policy
There is no refund once the products sold.
Should you find any crack or breakage of your wine upon delivery or quality issue, please let us know within 3 days upon delivery date. No exchange services will be served after 3 days.
In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.
1. After the arrival of products, customer does not contact with Wine Discovery by email within 3 days.
2. Products have been opened.
3. Discounted Products.
